How Does a Web Subscription Work?
- Purchase a Web Subscription to a county
- Use either the web site or tcrWebTools to perform searches
- When a document is opened an official copy of the document image will be displayed
- PDF copies of documents can be downloaded
Web Site Search
- Sign In as a web user
- Perform your search and open a document
- Click the View Image button to see an official copy the document
- A Download PDF link is available to save an official copy of the document on your computer
tcrWebTool Search
Web Subscriptions include use of tcrWebTools to perform searches. tcrWebTools is a Windows app that is tuned for professional research.
Search results are the same as searching on the web site. The search experience is better, performance is faster.

Purchase Web Subscription
Web Subscriptions can be purchased for one or more counties.
Web Subscriptions are be purchased in multiples of 30 days.
Purchase of a new Web Subscription with an existing active Web Subscription will extend the expiration date.
Receipts
A receipt for your web subscription purchase will be emailed to you upon completion of Check Out.
Web Subscription Page
You can access a web page that shows all your active web subscriptions. Also available is a list of prior web subscriptions that have expired.
Receipts for each web subscription can be downloaded.
Simply sign in to the site, then go to the Accounts page.
You can request a password via the "I forgot my password" link on the sign in page.
