Recording Notification Service
The Recording Notification Service monitors documents as they are recorded and notifies subscribers regarding documents of interest.
Subscribers are notified by email when a newly recorded document contains a name that matches a name in the subscriber's list of names.
Notification name checks are only performed on new documents received at the Recorder's Office. Older documents or documents recorded prior to
a subscribers registration are not checked. You can use this web site to search previously recorded documents for names of interest.
The service is free, there is no cost.
Using the Notification Service
You must register to use this service. Once registered you enter names to be monitored.
You can un-subscribe to this service. To un-subscribe sign-in and disable the service in your account profile.
