Daily Limit
There is a limit on the number of document images that can viewed per day. This
cap was put into place to address a security problem where entities were creating
programs to automatically extract every document from counties. This action resulted
in overload of our servers making internet search unavailable to everyone. These
actions are also considered an abuse of the County's data.
The daily limit is the cumulative number of pages opened from a single location.
For example in an office setting there might be several different people searching
at the same time. The daily limit is the total number of pages viewed by all researchers
in this one office.
The daily limit for Unofficial copies is 500 image pages per day.
The daily limit for Official copies is 1200 image pages per day. A subscription is
necessary to gain access to official copies of records.
