Last Perfected Document
Documents go through various workflow steps before processing is completed. These
steps include indexing of search information, scanning, verification and return
of the original document. The final workflow step is to perfect the document. This
is an indication that all processing on the document has been completed.
Documents that are still in process have a disclaimer indicating such. The disclaimer
is located at the top of the document details in bold red letters. It states:
"This Document Has Not Been Perfected, Content Is Subject To Change"
To assist reseachers we provide information on the last contiguous document that
has been perfected. The Last Perfected document identifier and recording date is
displayed on each County's Introduction page. Please note, this may not be the most
recent document received at the Recorder's office.
